My Services

I specialize in strengthening sexuality and relationship health through individual and couples therapy. In addition to clinical work, I offer self-help resources—including articles, handouts, and recommendations for books, websites, and podcasts.

I also provide supervision, consultation, and training for mental health professionals, and I’m available to present on a variety of topics in the community.

I love meeting new people, hearing their stories, and exploring opportunities for collaboration. Whatever your sexual health needs, my goal is to offer something helpful and inspiring to energize your relationships and enhance your sexual well-being.
